DESCRIPTION:NNAUK hosting Annual General Meetings (AGMs) to update our members on the charity’s performance\, present annual accounts and reports\, and conduct other administrative business. In AGMs also provide a platform for members to ask questions and hold trustees accountable for their management of the charity.  \n\n\n\n\nAGMs allow charities to formally present their annual reports and accounts to their members\, ensuring transparency and accountability in their operations. \n\n\n\nThey provide a crucial opportunity for members to engage with the charity’s leadership\, ask questions\, and voice concerns or suggestions. \n\n\n\nAGMs may be the forum for important decisions like electing new trustees\, approving changes to the charity’s constitution\, or other key business matters. \n\n\n\nBy opening themselves up to scrutiny from members\, charities demonstrate their commitment to responsible governance and financial management. \n\n\n\nWhile formal\, AGMs can also be used to celebrate the charity’s achievements and foster a sense of community among its members. \n\n\n\n\nPlease join with us and have your voice heard.
