AGM & NNAUK Anniversary

NNAUK hosting Annual General Meetings (AGMs) to update our members on the charity’s performance, present annual accounts and reports, and conduct other administrative business. In AGMs also provide a platform for members to ask questions and hold trustees accountable for their management of the charity. 

• AGMs allow charities to formally present their annual reports and accounts to their members, ensuring transparency and accountability in their operations. 
• They provide a crucial opportunity for members to engage with the charity’s leadership, ask questions, and voice concerns or suggestions. 
• AGMs may be the forum for important decisions like electing new trustees, approving changes to the charity’s constitution, or other key business matters. 
• By opening themselves up to scrutiny from members, charities demonstrate their commitment to responsible governance and financial management. 
• While formal, AGMs can also be used to celebrate the charity’s achievements and foster a sense of community among its members.
