On 25th February 2017, NNAUK has conducted another successful annual conference. This year we have focused on various topics for overseas nurses, student nurses, registered nurses and dental nurses. Denise Forte, Senior Lecturer at Kingston University explained about   OSCE (Objective structured Clinical Examination)/ process of pre-registration for overseas nurses. Drewe Phillips , Head of International Development/ faculty of life sciences and education at university of south wales highlighted on immigration issues for overseas nurses, re-validation and career pathway (credit transfer) for registered nurses. Dr. Mohan Thapa , Consultant and Physician explained about acute medicine and Dr Lakshman Kshatri , Consultant of Heart diseases had update on congestive cardiac failure. Similarly brief update on drug error and medicine management by Senior Pharmacist Usha Adhikari also regarding bulling/harassment and nurses support by Zeba Arif President of APNA. Honourable his excellency ambassador of Nepal Dr Durga Bahadur Subedi has also given his remark on our conference.
